The Ministry of Finance warns that participating in a game of chance may lead to addiction.
The poker action in Slovakia’s largest casino brings not only great tournaments and festivals but also exciting promotions for cash game players. So, what can they look forward to this autumn?
The Card Casino Cash Game Jackpot covers all bonuses – whether it’s the BadBeat Jackpot, Progressive High Hand Jackpot or Race for Flush.
The jackpot is active during daily tournaments and festivals organized exclusively by Card Casino Šamorín (Grand Prix, Card Casino Royal, Card Poker Series).
During festivals held in cooperation with other partners, the Cash Game Jackpot is suspended.
How does it work?
At Card, deductions are not taken separately from the pot for each bonus. Instead, everything goes into one single Cash Game Jackpot, from which the bonuses are then paid out.
A big novelty will be the regular streams of Cash Games. Starting on Monday, October 13, PLO will be played every Monday, with viewers able to watch all the action thanks to our streams with English commentary.
Now let’s take a look at the components of the Card Casino Cash Game Jackpot:
Progressive High Hand Jackpot
An absolute novelty for cash game players at Card. Anyone who hits one of the top 3 combinations – Royal Flush, Straight Flush, or Quads – will be rewarded based on the current payout for that combination.
High Hands start at:
Royal Flush – €1,000
Straight Flush – €500
Poker (Quads) – €300
All payouts increase weekly by €50, with a maximum of €2,000 for Straight Flush and Quads and up to €5,000 for Royal Flush. After a payout, the reward resets to €50 and then rises progressively again.
In PLO, 50% of the reward for the respective hand is paid out.
To qualify for the jackpot, the player must use both hole cards for Quads; for Straight Flush and Royal Flush, only one card is required.
Badbeat Jackpot
Having one of the best combinations and still losing? That’s also part of poker. But thanks to the Badbeat Jackpot, even bad luck can put a smile on your face.
How does it work?
If there are at least four players at the table and the pot is at least €11 (the minimum amount contributing to the CG Jackpot), a situation may occur that results in a Badbeat.
If a player loses with at least four Tens, they are entitled to a reward:
The losing hand receives 45% of the total Cash Game Jackpot, the winning hand 20%, and 10% is shared among the other players at the table.
In Pot Limit Omaha, 50% of the total Bad Beat Jackpot is paid out.
